Specialization
I represent BUYERS AND SELLERS in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Albany, Leesburg, Dawson, Sasser, Sylvester, Baconton, Doerun, Lake Blackshear, and Oakfield. I keep track of current transactions in these areas, and I'm also knowledgeable with the local schools and community. I deal with new construction and relocation along with commercial and land sales.
Personal
I have 2 assistants--one that is a licensed real estate agent and has over 20 years experience in working with sellers and buyers and one that is not licensed as a REALTOR, but has worked in real estate over 4 years and is very up on all of the ways of the new REALTOR. This enables me to work my clients and customers better than ever. I specialize in the whole area of Albany, Lee County, Terrell, Worth, and Mitchell Counties. I have been affiliated with the Real Estate Industry for almost 30 years. I am serving on the State level with our forms (contracts) committee and as the Region 7 Director. I also keep abreast of all of the new trends that enter our industry today with the ever changing ways of the world. Volunteering for Southwest Ga. Easter Seals--Child Abuse Prevention--Albany Chamber of Commerce--Past Pres of Midtown Exchange Club and Northwest Exchange Club--Past Pres. for The Albany Board Of Realtors--Board member for The Albany Home Builders along with different committees at my church. I do get a chance to get in a few golf games every now and then...I love what I do and that is helping people find a nice place to call HOME. |
